Guests can book their own rooms online by booking below:

Guests that wish to book over the phone can do so by calling our inhouse reservations team at 210-558-6500.


When booking, guests should reference the name of the event, and the group code is 90N. They will collect a credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Reservations made within the group block are subject to the following policies:


Up to 4 guests in each room. After the second adult in the room, there is a $25 additional fee per adult.


Cancellations – Reservations cancelled within 3 days of scheduled arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.


No Shows – Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.


Early Departures – Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the remaining length of stay of the reservation, whichever is greater.
